Data Engineer

As a Data Engineer, you will play a key role in shaping and developing our client's new data platform in the Azure Cloud. 

Your Responsibilities 

• Designing and implementing data models based on business requirements andanalytics use cases

• Organizing and structuring datasets using modern cloud and big data technologies

• Connecting data sources and developing transformation and integration workflows

• Collaborating in an agile environment with a focus on areas such as enterprise datawarehousing (EDW), data lakes, and data architecture

Your Profile

• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, ideally Azure (Data Lake Storage, DataFactory, Event Hub, Azure DevOps)

• Expertise in data modeling, storage, and access techniques, with experience in bigdata architectures and integration models

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala, as well as SQL

• Experience with decentralized systems and tools like Apache Spark, Apache Flink, and Apache Beam

• Fluency in English, German or French are a plus
