Our client is seeking a Tech Lead for Microsoft Dynamics 365 to spearhead the technical implementation of CRM solutions and play a pivotal role in their digital transformation journey. In this position, you will guide the development team, influence technical strategy, and ensure seamless customer experiences through innovative solutions.
Your Responsibilities:
Lead the technical development and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions
Customize, configure, and expand Dynamics 365 to align with business requirements
Develop and integrate REST/SOAP APIs for robust system connectivity
Provide servant leadership and apply agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions in close collaboration with stakeholders
Oversee the migration of legacy systems, ensuring high data quality and system integrity
Your Profile:
Degree in computer science or business informatics (FH/Uni)
Solid experience in C# and .NET development
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules like Sales, Customer Service, or Marketing
Skilled in implementing APIs, workflows, and system integrations using Power Platform or Azure Logic Apps
Experience with agile project tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira
Proven leadership skills with a focus on team empowerment and support
Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are an advantage
Fluent in English; knowledge of German or French is a plus
